Woods (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Patriots.
Woods will sit out after being unable to practice in any capacity throughout the week. Houston's also missing Nico Collins (hamstring), so Xavier Hutchinson will join Stefon Diggs and Tank Dell in three-wide sets.
