Houston activated Heck (foot) from its reserve/PUP list Tuesday.
Heck was originally placed on the PUP list prior to Week 1, so he'll be available for the Texans for the first time this season in Week 13. Should anything happen to one of starting tackles Laremy Tunsil or George Fant, Heck would likely step into Houston's offensive line in their place.
