Pickett (concussion) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's game against the Panthers.

With Pickett unavailable, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com relays that Mitch Trubisky will start at QB for the Steelers on Sunday. Pickett will target a potential return to action in Week 16 against the Raiders.
