Penny (calf) won't practice Wednesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
The lack of activity comes as no surprise, with Penny already considered unlikely to play Week 2 against Tennessee. He aggravated a left calf injury in Sunday's win over the Colts, leaving DeeJay Dallas and Travis Homer as the backup running backs, though Alex Collins could also be active this week.
