Penny's injury is not considered serious, but Schefter notes Seattle wants to be cautious with the second-year back while he manages the injury. Assuming Penny is included among Seattle's inactives when the team releases its list 90 minutes prior to the 4:25 p.m. EDT kickoff, C.J. Prosise would be the next man up for reps behind starter Chris Carson.
