The Seahawks signed Hicks to a contract Saturday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Hicks was waived by the Seahawks on Wednesday. The wide receiver cleared waivers Thursday but is back with the team before he could even look for another role. Hicks was waived to make room for Trevon Diggs on the roster, but Jake Bobo's (knee) season-ending injury has given Hicks another chance.
