The Seahawks re-signed Thompson on Tuesday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Thompson has been on the Seahawks' practice squad since 2019 with the exception of the five games he appeared in as a special-teams contributor during the 2021 campaign. The 27-year-old is once again in line to compete for a role among Seattle's depth wide receiver options behind DK Metcalf, Tyler Lockett and Dee Eskridge (hand).
