Thompson was elevated to the active roster ahead of Sunday's 20-10 win over the Cardinals, failing to record a stat during his two offensive snaps. If Zach Charbonnet (hamstring) can't go again in Week 8, it's possible Thompson gets another shot versus Cleveland.
