Jones may be a healthy scratch Sunday against the Vikings, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.
The Redskins have already named Robert Kelley as the starting running back in Week 10, and Chris Thompson is the the clear-cut passing-down back. Due to a roster crunch, head coach Jay Gruden could err on the side of special-teams help, which would likely ensure active status for RB Mack Brown. Thus, Jones could find himself on the outside looking in once Sunday rolls around.
