Atwell wasn't targeted in Sunday's 35-21 win over the Raiders.
With Davante Adams (hamstring) out, Atwell was active and played 25 offensive snaps. He ran 20 routes on Matthew Stafford's 32 dropbacks, tying Konata Mumpfield for second on the team behind Puka Nacua's 31, but Atwell was just doing cardio out there. He's not a reliable fantasy target, even with Adams injured.
