Ferguson (ankle) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Commanders, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
The tight end is expected to be activated from injured reserve Saturday afternoon and make his return to the lineup Sunday. With Davante Adams (hamstring) out several more weeks, Ferguson has a big opportunity to essentially serve as the Rams' WR2, putting him in the mix as a fantasy starter at tight end.
