Gallimore (neck) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
Gallimore has missed the Rams' last three games due to a concussion and, most recently, a neck injury. His ability to practice without limitations Thursday indicates that he should be able to suit up against the Eagles on Sunday.
