Allen (head) was able to finish the Week 1 loss to the 49ers after being evaluated for a concussion, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports.
Allen exited early in the contest with a potential concussion, but the fact he returned to the contest indicates he was cleared by an independent neurologist. Allen should be ready to practice throughout Week 2 prep and suit up for next Monday night's game against the Giants.
