Jacobs (illness) wasn't spotted at the media-access portion of Friday's practice, Tashan Reed of The Athletic reports.
Through two games, Jacobs has produced modest results, averaging 4.3 YPC on 29 rushes and gathering in both targets for 28 yards with no touchdowns. An illness didn't allow him to practice Thursday and appears to be doing the same to wrap up Week 3 prep. Friday's injury report will reveal whether or not Jacobs enters the weekend with a designation for Sunday's game at Tennessee.
