Jacobs (quadriceps/hand) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Rachel Gossen of the Raiders' official site reports.
Jacobs managed quad and calf issues during Week 14 prep and is now dealing with a hand injury that he suffered in the Raiders' 17-16 loss to the Rams last Thursday. That said, the Raiders are expecting Jacobs to be ready to play against the Patriots this weekend. Unless he practices fully Thursday or Friday, however, Jacobs will likely approach the contest with an injury designation.
