Bowers (knee) was listed as a limited participant at Wednesday's practice, Adam Hill of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
Bowers did not get a full session in Wednesday, but his participation alone bodes well for his chances of making his season debut Sunday against the Saints. Further updates on Bowers are still to come before the Raiders assign him an injury designation for Week 3.
