Bowers (knee) was listed as a limited participant on Wednesday's practice report, Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee reports.
Bowers was limited last Wednesday before putting in a full practice a day later, so it seems likely the Raiders are employing a similar strategy this week. Bowers did not appear limited at all in Week 5 while putting up 110 yards and his third score in three games.
