Chism caught all five of his targets for 37 yards during Sunday's 24-19 win over the Dolphins.
Chism led the team in targets and receptions with A.J. Brown (ankle/knee) unavailable. The wide receiver played a season-high 88 percent of the team's offensive snaps, and he has now reeled in 15 of 20 targets for 151 yards and a touchdown over seven regular-season contests with New England so far this year.
