Davis (neck) was a full participant at practice Wednesday.
Davis was unavailable for the team's Week 2 win over the Steelers as a result of a neck injury, but he now appears to be healthy ahead of Sunday's contest against the Jaguars. The 29-year-old will slot in as a starting cornerback versus Jacksonville.
