The Patriots placed Schwenke (foot) on injured reserve Tuesday, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.
Schwenke missed New England's last two contests and will now likely be sidelined for the remainder of the season. The 27-year-old center was originally a fourth-round pick by the Titans in 2013.
