Panthers' Chris Scott: Activated to 53-man roster

Scott was activated to the active roster Saturday, Bryan Strickland of the team's official site reports.

Scott was previously suspended for violating the league's PEDs policy. The Panthers will look to use Scott as a top reserve lineman this season.
