Taylor (groin) was activated off the Panthers' injured reserve Saturday, Will Bryan of the team's official website reports.
Taylor was placed on IR on Nov. 11 after suffering a groin injury. Prior to that, he recorded 11 tackles on defense and one on special teams. He is once again expected to help provide depth at linebacker.
