Franklin (shin) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Patriots, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Franklin has not practiced since he sustained a hairline fracture to his shin in Week 6. The linebacker will miss yet another game due to the injury, leaving Isaiah McDuffie to start alongside Ty'Ron Hopper at inside linebacker again for Sunday's contest.
