Gaskin reverted to the Vikings' practice squad Monday.
Gaskin played four special teams snaps during Sunday's victory over the 49ers but failed to record any stats. As Aaron Jones and Ty Chandler are the only two half backs on the active roster, Gaskins could be elevated again versus the Texans next week.
