The Ravens waived Scott on Saturday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Scott signed a reserve/future contract with Baltimore in January but was unable to impress enough throughout the offseason to earn a roster spot. The 23-year-old spent last season on the team's practice squad and could be a candidate to do so once again should he go unclaimed on waivers.
