Decker (shoulder) is active for Monday night's game against the Buccaneers.
Decker missed the Lions' last two games while tending to a shoulder injury, but he has progressed enough in his recovery to make his return Monday. Decker will slide back into his starting spot at left tackle, which means Dan Skipper will operate in a reserve role.
