Washington rushed 13 times for six yards and caught both of his targets for 15 yards Sunday against the Jaguars.

Washington received 13 carries Sunday compared to four for starter Theo Riddick, but couldn't do anything against the fourth-most generous run defense in the NFL. Washington was much less involved in the passing game, though, whereas Riddick was a pivotal factor, seeing 10 looks compared to Washington's two. While it isn't crystal clear how the distribution of touches will end up in any given week, an offensive game plan emphasizing Washington on the ground and Riddick through the air figures to be a sustainable approach moving forward.
