Wilson was cut from the Browns' practice squad Friday.
The Browns signed Jimmy Horn to the practice squad and cut ties with Wilson, who will search for another opportunity. Wilson played his final collegiate season at Baylor, where he amassed 44 catches for 591 yards and five touchdowns while also playing a pivotal role on special teams.
