The Buccaneers waived Hall (undisclosed) with an injury settlement Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Hall was placed on injured reserve Monday due to an undisclosed issue he suffered in practice. The cornerback has reached an agreement with the team and will be able to sign with any franchise once he regains his health.
