The Raiders released Doss (undisclosed) from IR with an injury settlement Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Doss will be free to sign elsewhere in the league, once healthy. The 28-year-old wideout suited up for five games with the Chargers last season, during which he secured six of 13 targets for 33 yards.
