Mitchell (illness) practiced Tuesday at OTAs, Zack Rosenblatt of The Athletic reports.
Mitchell was placed on the reserve/non-football injury list last December due to blood clots in his calf and lung, but it appears he's moved past the potentially career-ending issue and is healthy to start offseason workouts. The undrafted offensive tackle out of Louisiana should compete for a reserve role in 2023.
