Sanders reverted to the Jets' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Sanders made both of his kicks in Sunday's loss to the Lions, making one field goal and an extra point. Through three games to begin the season, Sanders is 5-for-6 on field-goal tries and 5-for-5 on PATs. The veteran kicker figures to handle duties again in Week 4 against the Bears, but he's not a recommended fantasy bet in this low-scoring Jets offense.
