Bass signed with the Jets on Thursday, Randy Lange of the Jets' official site reports.
Bass was just released by the Seahawks on Tuesday, but it didn't take the five-year veteran long to find a new home. The former seventh-round pick is expected to serve as a reserve option on the Jets' defensive front.
