The 49ers are expected to add Taylor to the practice squad Wednesday, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
Taylor spent time in San Francisco during the offseason, and he'll now rejoin the team as an emergency cornerback. If K'Waun Williams (hip) ends up unable to play against the Eagles on Sunday, Taylor could be promoted to the active roster.
