Jaguars' James Robinson: Totals 64 yards in defeat

Robinson had 11 carries for 47 yards and caught all three of his targets for 17 yards during Sunday's 23-13 loss to the Broncos.

The Jaguars had an 83-yard drive that resulted in a touchdown to open the game, but the offense managed only 106 yards the rest of the day. Robinson was significantly more involved compared to Week 1 -- when he registered only eight touches -- but his overall role in the offense still was fairly limited. Rookie QB Trevor Lawrence has endured his share of struggles early on, and the running game has taken a backseat in the game plan. No. 2 tailback Carlos Hyde had only two carries and two targets Sunday, leaving Robinson entrenched in the starting role, though his outlook has certainly diminished with only 16 carries for 72 yards and six receptions for 46 yards with zero scores through two games.
