Robinson carried five times for 25 yards and brought in three of six targets for 29 yards in the Jaguars' 37-21 loss to the Texans on Sunday. He also fumbled once, but it was recovered by Jacksonville.
Robinson was essentially nullified by game script Sunday, as the Jaguars found themselves down 27-7 by halftime. Notably, he also saw offseason signing Carlos Hyde outpace him in carries by four, which is certainly something to keep in mind going into Week 2. Robinson did have a solid role as a receiver, one of the benefits of what appears to still be a three-down role going into his second season. The extremely modest number of carries is mostly an outlier dictated by unique Week 1 circumstances, and Robinson will therefore look to have a much busier afternoon at home against the Broncos in Week 2.
