The Jaguars reinstated Lynch from the reserve/retirement list Wednesday.
Lynch signed with the Jaguars this offseason but opted to retire before ever putting on the team's jersey. However, the 27-year-old defensive end may be seeking a return to football, and he's currently on the exempt/commissioner permission list. Lynch will have some time to get back up to speed before being activated.
