Pittsburgh cut Copeland from its practice squad Tuesday, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
After spending three weeks with Pittsburgh's practice squad, Copeland is now set to become a free agent. The undrafted rookie has yet to play a regular-season snap.
