Slayton sustained a hamstring injury during Sunday's game at New Orleans, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Per Dan Duggan of The Athletic, Slayton was seen limping on the sideline in the fourth quarter before the Giants considered him questionable to return. If he's unable to do so, Slayton will finish Week 5 action with three catches (on six targets) for 31 yards and a lost fumble.
