Murphy (knee) visited the Steelers on Friday, Alan Saunders of SteelersNow.com reports.
The 25-year-old spent the vast majority of the 2025 season on the Vikings' practice squad after he injured his knee in Week 2 against Atlanta. Minnesota cut Murphy earlier this week. He's appeared in three career regular-season games.
