Football Team's Antonio Gibson: Limited again in practice

Gibson (shin) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.

Limited reps in practice have been the norm for Gibson for most of the season while he manages a stress fracture of his shin, but his availability for Sunday's game against the Raiders doesn't appear to be in any peril. Since Washington's Week 9 bye, Gibson is averaging 24 carries and three targets per contest, suggesting the Football Team is comfortable with his health at this stage. Gibson could be primed for even more work in the passing game this weekend, as pass-catching specialist J.D. McKissic (concussion) didn't practice Thursday for the second straight day and looks to be trending toward an inactive status.
