Gipson (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.
Gipson was claimed off waivers by the Eagles on Monday after being let go by the Giants, but the 24-year-old wideout will have to wait at least one more week to make his debut with Philadelphia. The Eagles will roll with four active wide receivers in A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, Jahan Dotson and John Metchie.
