With Darren Sproles (concussion) sidelined, Barner was the Eagles' de facto No. 2 running back Sunday, turning three carries into six yards and corralling two of six passes for 25 yards. If Barner is unable to return, Ryan Mathews should dominate the rushing attack, though Byron Marshall could earn some touches when the veteran requires a breather.
