Philadelphia placed Hughlett (undisclosed) on its injured reserve list Tuesday.
It's not clear at this point what kind of injury Hughlett is dealing with, but he'll now have to spend at least the Eagles' next four games on the sidelines. In a corresponding transaction, Philadelphia signed long snapper Cal Adomitis on Tuesday.
