Covey (hamstring) was a limited participant in Monday's practice, Brooks Kubena of The Athletic reports.
Covey has been absent with a hamstring issue since last Wednesday, so a return to limited participation is a good sign for the punt returner's recovery. Covey currently holds the punt return job, but if he remains unable to participate, Will Shipley or new Eagle Tank Bigsby could win the role.
