The Falcons signed Jenkins to the practice squad Monday, William McFadden of the Falcons' official site reports.
Jenkins was waived by the Eagles on Thursday, though it didn't take him long to find a new team, albeit as a member of the Falcons' practice squad. The 27-year-old appeared in 16 regular-season games for Philadelphia in the last three seasons but has only one catch during his career.
