Miami is signing Fisher to a contract Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
The Dolphins are placing starting right tackle Austin Jackson (ankle) on IR in a corresponding move. Fisher, the No. 1 overall pick of the 2013 NFL Draft, handled a starting role for the Colts last season and could provide a solution for some of Miami's woes along the offensive line, with Terron Armstead (pectoral) also having missed Week 13's loss to the 49ers.
