Butler will probably be inactive Sunday, Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reports.
Butler was only signed Tuesday and may not have a good enough grasp of the Miami defense to play in a game just yet. The plan is for Butler to eventually play weakside linebacker as the team continues to worry about the long term availability of Jelani Jenkins (knee).
