Williams carried four times for 16 yards and a touchdown Sunday against the Bills, but failed to bring in his only target in the passing game.

Williams likely only received the goal-line carry that led to his touchdown because newly-established bell cow Jay Ajayi exited the game with cramps. However, with teammate Arian Foster's abrupt retirement, Williams appears in line to assume No. 2 running back duties for the Dolphins, which may lead to increased opportunities for the remainder of the season, provided he can continue to hold off rookie Kenyan Drake.
