The Dolphins placed Fluker on the PUP list Wednesday with an unspecified injury, Adam H. Beasley of the Miami Herald reports.
The 30-year-old offensive lineman started eight games for the Ravens last season, and when healthy, he should contend for an important role with Miami in 2021.
